CZCHM8 Kuser/Hofer's music, to me, evokes all of the great retro electronic sounds of the 1980s and 1990s. Sometimes they are light and dancy, and other times they are dark. Most of the songs have a strong breakbeat, but I also hear bits of techno and IDM beats. Very eclectic, but overall pretty good stuff. Favorite track: Rowan.

about

Kuser/Hofer Bridgeport, Connecticut

Kuser/Hofer is the Black Rock, CT electronic music duo of Dish Lid & Disc Driv. The two producers joined their talents under the Kuser/Hofer name in 2013.

The group’s signature sound combines structural qualities of ’90s Trance and Big Beat and mixes it with some of the ambience and attention to detail of ’00s Minimal alongside the ’80s retro-leanings of ’10s Dark Wave and Synth Wave.
